This exclusive Pro-Am event includes a festive pairings party, auction, and a full day of competitive golf—while raising vital funds to help provide education, screenings, and treatment to uninsured and underserved individuals in Shelby County and the Mid-South.

Team Registration Includes:

  • Entry into the PRO Golf Tournament for one team (four amateurs + one LPGA pro)

  • Access to the Pairings Party and Auction

  • Player gifts, breakfast, lunch, and on-course refreshments

  • Opportunity to win prizes and recognition

How to Register

  1. Complete the Registration Form – Submit your team and contact details.

  2. Submit Pairings Party Attendee Info – Let us know who will be joining the celebration.

  3. Payment Details – Payment may be made by check.
