We hope you are doing well and staying safe during these unprecedented times. It's been an interesting few weeks as we have self isolated, quarantined, and social distanced ourselves away from the chaos. It seems that all we see on tv and social media these days are frightening words like "pandemic" and "COVID-19." Fear not, for brighter days are ahead. Days where we can gather, golf, and Eradicate Breast Cancer. Together, we will get to the other side of this global issue.
Moving the Tournament to 2021
Because of the coronavirus and the multitude of unknowns that surround it, there have been event cancellations and postponements all over the world. Last week, our Board of Directors met via conference call to discuss the 2020 PRO Tournament — an event many of you have either signed up for or generously sponsored. After weighing all of the options, we have decided it is best to cancel the 2020 tournament and pick back up in May of 2021.
It was an extremely difficult decision to come to since we have worked tirelessly to create a fantastic Pairings Party and Tournament for you. It's even tougher to consider the fact that, because of this cancellation, we might not be able to generate the funds we typically do for Breast Cancer Support and Eventual Eradication. However, it is of utmost importance to our Board to keep you safe and abide by mandated stay-at-home orders.
We thank you for understanding our dilemma, and we appreciate all who eagerly signed up teams and sponsored the tournament. We also have sincere gratitude for the LPGA players who so graciously devote their time and talents to this annual event.
Sponsorship Options and Reimbursement
Some of you may be asking, "since I have already committed money to the 2020 tournament, what next?" We have several options for you.
Option #1: If you honor your previously committed 2020 sponsorship, you will become a 2020 Sustaining Sponsor. This premier level of sponsorship is open for any amount already committed (including teams), and will grant you the following exclusive benefits:

Branding and recognition at our affiliated event, the Pink Ribbon Links tournament. This ladies interclub tournament benefits the Breast Cancer Eradication Initiative and is scheduled for October 2020. Please note, 2020's Sustaining Sponsorship is not predicated on the occurrence of this event.
Option #2: You can make a donation through PayPal by clicking the pink button below. We will use these much-needed funds for local Memphis-area hospitals, organizations, and individuals who are battling Breast Cancer.
Option #3: We will gladly reimburse the money you have already paid and look forward to your participation again in 2021!
